PEL® L Spherical plain bearings from HEF have two real advantages compared to standard spherical bearing available on the market: — a duplex surface treat — build to print, they offer a design flexibility and the possibility to develop nonstandard bearing (different dimensions, shape, etc.) These spherical bearings have to be greased. MATING SHAFT: When assembly enables sliding between pin and bearing and for optimal performances of the joint, the surface roughness of pin should be inferior to Ra 0,8 μm and the hardness should be superior to 56 HRc.
