The result is an extremely smooth-running tool that offers high material removal rates and perfect surfaces. Achieving an impressive 25% higher material removal rate, LMT’s DHC Premium solid carbide endmill delivers significantly higher performance in roughing and finishing. Machining quality is also improved at the same time. The low-vibration premium tool benefits from an ingenious new geometry: the sequential cutting edges have different helix angles. At the same time, an innovative PVD high-performance coating ensures long tool life and safe chip removal. A special feature of the LMT FETTE DHC endmill (the name stands for “different helix cutter”) is its multifunctionality, which makes it possible to carry out roughing and finishing with the same tool.
