The system includes a 8 inch thick UT2 Series SmartTable with a 59.06 inch width, 6 foot length, and 1/4-20 holes on a 1 inch grid. The OTS platform also integrates Newport»s I-800 pneumatic isolator design with a new rigid frame design to deliver an economical isolation platform with superior isolation performance and unmatched accessories. The I-800 isolator design has been used extensively by some of the world»s most demanding OEM customers who require a high performance, reliable and low cost of ownership solution.
