Filling, capping, labelling and marking line for perfumes in 15ml — 50ml — 100ml bottles. The plant is equipped with the connectivity required by Industry 4.0 parameters and allows: • diagnostics of the sensors on the machine, • alarm history, • production times and machine downtime. The dosing system is volumetric with a plunger slide for foamy products, the station has 2 dosing units and equipped with pneumatic anti-drop device. The loading of the caps is manual and then the tightening of the container takes place in the capping station with crimping head. 2 labeling machines are installed in line, one M3005 from bottom with a marking system for alphanumeric data and a lateral M3005 that applies the body label. The system is complete with Ø 800 mm rotating discharge chamber with variable speed direct current gearmotorelectronically. Production: 800/1000 pcs/h according to the dosage range.
