QuickVision Apex Pro

The floor-standing Mitutoyo Quick Vision Apex Pro CNC vision measuring system completes demanding tasks in vision-based measurement and features a choice of accuracy specifications. An image multi-autofocus feature helps select the optimal focus for each surface texture for optimal edge detection, and the camera motion and strobe light are synchronized to make non-stop vision measurements without stopping the stage. The Quick Vision Apex Pro Series enables contact and non-contact measurements on the same machine. This is achieved using a camera for non-contact measurements and a touch-trigger probe for contact measurements

• Strobesnap reduces measurement times for most measurement samples regardless of measurement position continuity by approximately 35 to 45%
• Strobesnap is highly compatible with part programs, allowing you to create high-speed measurement part programs with simple operations
• The optional Stream function realizes amazingly high throughput by non-stop measurement that synchronizes the main unit drive with the strobe lighting
• Optional Tracking Auto Focus (TAF) quickly focuses on the contours and warpage of a workpiece»s surface, improving throughput significantly
• A Programmable Ring Light (PRL) allows for fine control and direction for optimal measurement illumination to enhance the edge of inclined surfaces and very small steps
• Pattern focusing helps measure low-contrast surfaces with more accuracy
• Programmable zoom automatically changes focus between 1X, 2X and 6X for highly detailed images and measurement
