The 28 NB Miniature Solenoid is a variation of Pulse Jet Valves manufactured by Rotex. It comes with a hytrel diaphragm. The device is designed for reduced noise enabled by its large exhaust area. The valve and solenoid can be also made using stainless steel. The solenoid has a rotating capability of up to 360°. Furthermore, the valve is normally closed.
