Volumetric auger doser for powder products. DBP1 is a benchtop doser with brushless motor and continuous control of the dosing speed, able to maintain optimal tolerance (+/- 1.5%). The dosing operation is electronically controlled and all parameters are adjustable from touch-screen panel, it is possible to memorize recallable recipes for 10 different doses. The dosing nozzle is variable and will be supplied with dimensions suitable for the container and the product. The machine is in AISI 304 stainless steel, on request the parts in contact with the product can be made in AISI 316. Production: up to 20 strokes/minute, based on product density and operator speed • Ideal solution for : food powders – cosmetic powders – chemical powders.
