We offer a variety of gold coated substrates that are economically priced. The electron beam evaporation absorbs all coatings under vacuum.
Such high-quality substrates have a gold coating of 500 Å (50 Nm) and a thin chromium layer of adhesion (2-7 Nm) between gold and glass. On request, you can also substitute this adhesion layer with titanium..
All substrates are pre-cleaned using a quality assurance ion method. Glass slides are packaged in a cleanroom setting and delivered in slide mailers. All coverslips are packed in a devoted cleanroom setting and shipped in the X0 Gel-Pak box. The gold substrates are all autoclavable. It is coated with gold specifically for its high conductivity.
