The M-37S Metric Tilt & Rotation Platform provides full, three-axis angular orientation freedom. It features two ±4° tilt adjustments plus ±4° rotation via 3 AJS Adjustment Screws that allow a component to be oriented parallel with an arbitrary plane. It is kinematic, with hardened and polished steel ball pivots and spring-preloaded spherical-tipped adjustments acting on hardened steel seats. When used with an XYZ stage, it provides six degrees of freedom for total positioning capability.
