The M-37 Metric Multi-axis Tilt Platform provides tilt and rotation adjustments for aligning optical components. It is kinematic, with hardened and polished steel ball pivots and spring-preloaded spherical-tipped adjustments acting on hardened steel seats. It provides full, three-axis angular orientation freedom and features two tilt adjustments plus rotation using SM-13 micrometers that allow a component to be oriented parallel with an arbitrary plane. When used with an XYZ stage, it provides six degrees of freedom for total positioning capability.
