XLHF series is our hot flling machine, mainly used for(hot-fill) PET bottled juice, tea drinks, milk, etc. Rinser can adopt double channel design, rinsing with disinfectant, sterile water in turn to ensure bottles are highly clean. Rinsing, filling and capping are all done by neck-held during the whole process to eliminate the effect of heat distortion of bottle body, ensure smooth filling, and avoid splash of liquid inside of bottle. Unique new design type filling valve, back flow circulating system design return gas will not go back into filling bowl, which ensures filling material is highly clean. Filling valve can reflow even if no bottle, keeping temperature of valve head. Seals inside of filling valve adopt imported silicone rubber or EPDM, good heat-resistant quality, long service life, in accordance with demands of food sanitation and high temperature filling.
