The PE42427 is a HaRP™-enhanced SPDT RF switch designed to cover a broad range of applications from 5 MHz to 6 GHz, including low spurious cable CPE applications. This reflective switch integrates on-board CMOS control logic with a low voltage CMOS-compatible control interface and requires no external components.
