Turnkey solutions for the steel industry Packaging Line designed for a large steel manufacturer, for its plants in Mexico, Russia and China. It uses PET and steel strapping bands to pack aluminum ingots with palletless packing. It consists of a vertical strapping machine with lifting and translating systems acting concurrently and allowing each strapping to the desired position. A wrapping machine with rotating ring and top sheet dispenser wrapp the package to assure the right protection and makes it waterproof, wetproof and dustproof. The vertical strapping machine is equipped with two heads, and can make the strapping either with a PET strapping band or with a steel strapping band.
