Product Description This dedicated system is specially designed for solid phase extraction (SPE) in combination with a powerful analytical KNAUER AZURA HPLC system. Our versatile Assistant Modul ASM 2.1L with two switching valves V 2.1S and a pump P 4.1SL enables an efficient online SPE to concentrate analytes prior HPLC analysis. This results in the reduction of analysis time, sample contamination and analyte loss. Afterward, analyses and separation can be achieved with a classical KNAUER AZURA Analytical system equipped with P 6.1L LPG pump, a column thermostat CT 2.1 and a multi-wavelengths detector MWD 2.1L to detect up to eight channels simultaneously. This combination offers very sensitive determination of low concentrated samples and extracts e.g. bisphenol A (BPA) from water samples (see our application note).
