It is used to crush olives in order to break oil cells in the olives. Crushed olives distribute malaxer sections. It is designed to keep organoleptic features of olive oil. Crusher has a spinning rotor vane – fixed sieve mechanism. Thanks to this feature, taste disorders caused by excessive temperature rise called as olive burning is prevented. All the parts of crusher in contact with olive is made of stainless steel.
