Standard version in stainless steel AISI 304 with frame on wheels composed by: — Filter chamber with pressure gauge, pressure switch, dished lid with C clamps, big diameter valve at the bottom for cake discharge, electrical motor vibrator for dry cake discharge. — Dosing tank for filter aids preparation complete with agitator and membrane dosing pump with adjustable flow. — Product inlet pipes complete with connections and accessories with two butterfly valves for product inlet, valves for different services, feed pump in stainless steel AISI 304 with pre-filter, lighted sightglass. — Product outlet pipes complete with connections and accessories with valves for different services, flowrate indicator, lighted sightglass, sample valve and one butterfly valve for product outlet. — Pipes for filter washing complete with connections and accessories, with valve for washing solution inlet and pipe with nozzles for filtering screens washing. — Filters sectors in stainless steel AISI 304 80 micron screens in stainless steel AISI 316. — Control board in polyestere reiforced with fiber glass self extinguish, IP 65 protection. — Separated AISI 304 control board (FVV 20, FVV 35) — Plastic tray for cake collecting at the end of filtration (FVV 5) — Stainless steel trolley on wheels for cake collecting at the end of filtration(bigger dimensions). — Voltage standard 400/3/50 Hz.
