The Control Panel consists of controls for micro switches and components like latch body, springs, APL knob assembly, APL valve actuator are installed in it. These symbols and texts are pad printed in black using epoxy ink. This panel is made up of Valox 357 material which is a modified flame-retardant material and has an excellent chemical resistant finish. This material shows good mechanical properties at temperature between 140° C and -40° C. The control panel cavity’s side finish is Mold Tech MT11010, which is a light texture and adds subtle roughness to parts and the core side finish is SPI/SPE B-1, which is a non-glossy texture and looks like paper polish. Sharp edges, burrs and corners are avoided for safety.
