This centrifuge accelerates to a top speed of 7000 rpm and 5856 gs while offering an automatic slow start to 500 rpm and braking to 200 rpm followed by coasting to a stop. These machines are low in height providing easy access for loading and unloading and one-handed door operation. Providing up to 50 percent more g-force and three times the capacity of other comparable centrifuge models the RT7 machines run two swinging-bucket and one fixed angle rotor. Each accepts a wide range of tube adapters accommodating everything from 1.5 ml microcentrifuge tubes to 750 ml bottles with a maximum volume capacity of 3 liters
