Refurbished Thermo Surveyor MS Pump quaternary HPLC solvent delivery system (p/n srvyr-mpump) designed specifically for use with LC/MS. The integral 4-channel vacuum degasser features high efficiency vacuum degassing with only 0.5mL per channel. The MS Pump»s total delay volume is only 80uL, facilitating fast equilibration and rapid solvent change response. Four, magnetically-actuated proportioning valves use sapphire and ceramic valve surfaces to insure accurate proportioning at low rates.
The dual piston system provides reproducible gradients from 25 to 2000 uL/min. Isocratic «dial-a-mix» performance goes well below 1 uL/min. Compositional accuracy is better than 1% at 200 uL/min. The system can provide reliable flow up to 5800 psi (400 bar). The Surveyor MS pump also includes a serial communications cable for interfacing to a personal computer running Thermo Electron»s Xcalibur software.
