These sterile P20 conductive pipette tips are compatible with the Biomek NX, NXp, FX, and FXp Span-8 systems and are designed to take advantage of their liquid-sensing technology. Conductive tips are especially useful when volumes are not always known or specified, and allow pipetting from the top of the liquid level rather than the bottom of the well or tube. This reduces the tip»s exterior wetted surface to conserve valuable samples and reduce cross-contamination across the deck. Like all our pipette tips, the P20s are made of 100% premium polypropylene, are automation grade, and manufactured to ensure straight, leak-proof products guaranteed to be free of DNA, DNase/RNase, PCR inhibition, pyrogen/endotoxin and trace metals.
