- Once the RNA and protein information are captured from single cells on the BD Rhapsody™ Cell Capture Beads, reagents provided in the BD Rhapsody™ cDNA Kit allow you to perform reverse transcription and generate cDNA for use as a template for all your desired downstream library preparations
- The kit can be used with the BD Rhapsody™ Targeted Assay, BD Rhapsody™ Whole Transcriptome Analysis Amplification Kit, BD Rhapsody™ TCR/BCR Profiling Assays, BD™ Single-Cell Multiplexing Kit and BD™ AbSeq Assays
