These ultrasonic generators are ideal for precise, high-quality welding results and for ensuing traceability. The XDG series is suitable for cleanrooms and certified to ISO 14644-1 ISO class 6. Thanks to the welding modes, you can find the right setting for every application, meaning that perfect welding is guaranteed. The following welding modes can be selected on the XDG series: Welding time Welding energy Welding time AND/OR welding energy Welding travel (abs. or diff.) Contact cut-off Melting velocit The welding operation can be initiated using a trigger. You can choose from the following triggers: Time Travel Force off external signal Travel absolute and force The database for the two ultrasonic welding machines can store as many parameter data sets as required. It is also possible to store welding data automatically until the 500 GB memory is full. Multi-level user administration. All events and changes to the parameters are automatically logged in the audit trail. This ensures quality and traceability. The audit trail cannot be deleted. You can change the value for the amplitude between 40% and 100% in 1% increments to achieve the best possible welding or cutting result.
