The MLT200 is a 200 mm travel stage designed with FEM-optimized base for the highest rigidity and thermal performance, using high strength and stable aluminum alloy. Select components like long life and high load recirculating ball bearings, high force linear motors and high precision linear encoders are added with not only performance, but also reliability in mind. Significant tests were conducted to ensure the high reliability performance of the MLT. Built-in limit switches prevent over travel and collision.
