MTAG voltage detectors are designed to verify that a nominal voltage is actually absent from a circuit in a H.T. system between 1 kV and 69 kV (Voltage Absence Verification): — The device must detect any nominal voltage present on a network or in a substation. — It avoids detection of induced voltages, to enable earthing operations.
