The BSC30 Cylinder Shot Blaster is a small footprint batch blaster for handling cylinders up to 30” in diameter and up to 68” long. The robust design with easily replaceable wear liners and belt driven motors contribute to the low maintenance of the machine. The BSC30 has a clam shell door that allows for overhead loading and it also has lift tables for loading and unloading of the cylinders. The pneumatic cylinder kickout bar also makes unloading the cylinders easy. The LS TurboShot™ Blast Wheel distributes high volumes of shot and the blades are bi-directional at a medium velocity. The BSC30 cylinder blaster includes many safety features for the operation, including dual hand controls and a door locking valve to prevent the door from closing in the case of lost air pressure.
