Description
The Magnaflux Y-2 Yoke is a lightweight (4.8 lbs) ergonomic AC electromagnetic yoke that improves productivity and minimizes operator arm and wrist fatigue. The Magnalfux Y-2 Yoke produces a strong AC magnetic field to facilitate the detection of surface indications during magnetic particle testing.
Ergonomic & Designed for Rugged Use
The Magnflux Y-2 Yoke with an ergonomic grip and trigger, and it is ideal for rugged field inspections as it has an ingress protection rating of IP54. The yoke features an interchangeable cord and isolated trigger switch. As a result, it offers maximum uptime, so if the cord ever gets cut, it is easy to swap in a new cord in seconds.
Bright LED Illumination
The Magnaflux Y-2 Yoke has an optional, very bright LED attachment to assist in illuminating inspection areas while you are performing magnetic particle inspections.
All-in-One Kits Available
Complete kits are also available with the Magnaflux Y-2 Yoke, which include #1 Gray and #8A Red magnetic powders, a yellow paint marker, and cleaning cloth, along with a convenient carrying case.
