This 55 mm red LED half-ring light excels at illuminating the sides and ends of small cylindrical objects.
The design of the IMAR-CT-D LED half-ring light follows that rule that the shape of the light should follow the shape of the object being imaged. Thus, it is often ideal for imaging cylindrical objects such as vials, cans, bottles, batteries, tubes, and wire. Furthermore, a pair of half-ring lights can enable low-angle surface illumination without getting in the way of objects traveling on a conveyor.
High-density, high-brightness LEDs provide bright illumination. A special diffusion plate prevents ghost images. Cooling fins dissipate heat for a longer life.
Our half-ring lights are available in six sizes with either white, blue or red LEDs. Custom sizes and colors are available in larger quantities.
