The KPA040-C Aspheric Condenser Lens is a 400 to 700 nm anti-reflection coated bi-convex aspheric lens, with a 40.0 mm diameter and a 22.0 mm effective focal length. It is fabricated out of glass providing excellent transmission in the visible to near-infrared regions. The aspherical surface is precision molded, while the convex back surface is ground and polished. Ideal for light collection, projection, illumination, detection, and condensing applications. Because these condenser lenses are optimized for general illumination applications, the EFL is provided as a reference specification.
