Product Description KNAUER PurityChrom Bio is a volume-based chromatography software especially designed for the area of bio purification and FPLC applications. Furthermore each device which is displayed in the fluidic scheme can be manually controlled, giving the opportunity to optimize, change and adapt your conditions during the run. Due to its high flexibility methods can be developed according to specific demands. You have the option to create a method based on volume, column volume, or time. There is also a possibility to pause your method during a run. The hold function provides you with complete control over your chromatography process. Solvent visualization calculates the consumption of solvent for the current run and prevents your column from running dry. Waste management allows the collection of waste and prevents accidental loss of your sample. For fractionation you can use a fractionation valve as well as a fraction collector. Current guidelines and regulations like 21 CFR part 11 are entirely supported. The basic version offers all main features, but is limited regarding the number of devices and data channels. This version can easily be upgraded to the full version by adding the PurityChrom Bio 5 Upgrade.
