Extra-large processing/embedding cassettes with covers are ideal for use in research and toxicology laboratories working with prostate, brain, breast tissue and eyes. The disposable cassette is designed to hold larger specimens with a maximum thickness of 12mm. The new “Hex” pores hold the large tissue specimens to the cassette much more securely than traditional slot design.
