The AS0028100 and AS0028101 are not really part of the Copper IRIG-B Distribution System but they are derived from the Model 10882 IRIG-B Distribution Tap. They work with modulated IRIG-B and isolates the source from the end device. The source impedance is approximately 600 ohms, and they provide an open-circuit signal level of 6.4 Vpp to 11 Vpp, depending on overall system loading and distance from the clock mainframe. Each tap provides 3750 Vrms isolation from the distribution bus to the load, as well as surge suppression and EMI filtering.
