Portable industrial vacuum for applications requiring more power. It is fitted with a large standard Class M polyester filter and safety relief valve. The material is collected in a practical 100 L detachable container on wheels. SUCTION UNIT The suction unit is an ATEX certified side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. Furthermore, to guarantee safe work, the unit is equipped with a safety valve which, in the event of obstruction in the vacuuming elements, prevents overheating. FILTERING ELEMENT The filtration is guaranteed by a sturdy polyester filtering cartridge. The cartridge is made to ensure large filter surface in a compact space. This way air can pass through when the filter is dirty too. The filter is M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69) certified. It stops the particles till 1 micron, preserving the motors and the operator. FILTER SHAKER On one side of the filter chamber there is an ergonomic manual shaker through which the operator can easily and quickly clean the filter, removing any dust and debris from its surface. Thanks to this smart cleaning system the operator can carry on working without needing to change or wash the filter. COLLECTION BIN The material is collected inside a painted container equipped with a metal handle which enables the bin to be detached from the machine. Thanks to its 4 swiveling wheels, the bin can be easily moved and emptied. Each wheel is reinforced to guarantee maximum stability during handling.
