COMPACT INDUSTRIAL VACUUM CLEANER FOR SMALL CLEANING TASKS IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY The MTL 20.18 industrial vacuum cleaner is a compact, silent and flexible unit designed for small, general, and on-board cleaning tasks within the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Manufactured in full compliance with GMP standards, it is an ideal vacuum cleaner for fine dust extraction, thanks to its antistatic polyester pocket filter, which guarantees a large filtering surface area and high resistance to dust passage. The filter is cleaned by an integrated ergonomic manual cleaning system. It is possible to install a HEPA filter able to filter dust down to 0.18 microns, with an efficiency up to 99.995%, to guarantee the purity of the air returned to the working environment. The canister, with a collection capacity of up to 22 liters, can be easily emptied thanks to the release system. It is optionally available in AISI304 stainless steel polished on the inside to facilitate material flow and simplify cleaning. Disposable filter bags can be used to collect and dispose of the material safely. A powerful side channel turbine with a vacuum limiting valve ensures even continuous use without maintenance need.
