FOOD, PHARMA & OEM The AS 400 vacuum is the definitive solution for vacuuming large amounts of paper, textile and plastic trimmings for the packaging industry and many others. SUCTION UNIT The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The side channel blower is equipped with a safety valve to guarantee a totally safe continuous work, without any maintenance. INLET A robust nozzle acts as the intake point for the vacuumed material. A deflector is joined to the nozzle so that the material is conveyed towards the bottom of the bag. Nozzles in different diameters are available upon request and a second one can be installed on the lid. FILTERING ELEMENT Inside the container there is a textile bag for material collection. The material passes through the inlet, and it goes into the bag. Meanwhile the air passes through the textile permitting to guarantee a continuous suction. This system forces the material to the bottom of the bag, in order to compact the residual material and collect big quantities into the bag. INSPECTION WINDOW AS vacuum cleaners are equipped with an inspection window which gives the possibility to check the quantity of material inside the bin without opening the lid.
