We offer a system, aimed at maximizing cooling efficiency for various objects. Our approach involves leveraging both »sensible heat» and »latent heat’ characteristics. To provide a clear visualization of our proposals, we utilize thermal fluid analysis (CFD) and modeling simulations. It’s important to note that cooling requirements can vary significantly from one case to another, depending on factors such as the cooling subject and the environmental conditions. Therefore, we recognize the need to customize the cooling system for each specific scenario. As an example, let’s consider the cooling of iron. Depending on the cooling method employed, such as rapid cooling or slow cooling, the resulting iron will possess distinct properties. This highlights the importance of tailoring the cooling approach to achieve the desired outcomes for different materials and applications. In addition to object cooling, we also focus on the cooling of exhaust gases. Our perspective revolves around striking a balance between heat recovery and the efficient removal of harmful substances. By taking this approach, we believe it’s possible to reduce the size of exhaust gas treatment equipment, which often occupies a significant amount of space within a factory. Moreover, this optimization can lead to improved efficiency in the treatment process.
