Model 9480H angle encoders are durable encoders of metrology-grade. These are equally useful for different industrial applications. It integrates four reading heads to reduce the common errors of the encoders. The unit features stainless steel construction that has great resistance against shock and vibration. It is designed for the accurate placement of the rotary tables on the machine tools and synchronizes the measuring machines, divide the equipment, antennas, test gear and different similar devices. The 9480H integrates an internal ASIC (application specific integrated circuit) to produce quadrature square wave up to 100 times the line count on the disc. Thus, the declaration (after 4X quadrature assessment by the user) can be as well as 0.18 arcsec (0.00005°, or 7,200,000 counts per revolution). The Series 9480H is a robust metrology-grade encoder that is equally well-suited for industrial applications.
