HIBC/B jackets provide an effective heating system that reduces the viscosity of various products including fats, oils and foodstuffs, and enable decantation process in small containers or process lines. Used all over the world by a multitude of industries from pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic to food. The HIBC/B heater is the best solution for heating liquid materials stored in intermediate bulk containers. Suitable for all types of IBC, this heater jacket has quick release adjustable buckles for easy installation and removal. Is designed with upper and lower heat zones, each with separate thermostatic control, this allows to switch off the upper heating zone once the content level has fallen below half way. The heater jacket allows the IBC to be heated at its point of use, thanks to the high efficiency thermal insulation can be moved with the jacket in position and still maintain the temperature for longer. With 1000 Watts per zone and optional insulation lid, the HIBC/B heated wrap offers a smart way of heating IBC. All HIBC/B container heaters are manufactured conforming to the EEC low voltage and EMC directives. CE marked. It is advised to disconnect the heater jacket power when the container is empty or being filled, or during installation/removal of the same heater. It is recommended that the unit operates in a dry environment with the container vented to avoid internal pressure.
