This custom-made 80° box tilter, reference AP80°100-170-125-3903-2, is made to the customer’s specifications. The tilt is done by maintained contact and is actuated by a hydraulic cylinder. The tilt allows an ergonomic gain on the workstation. Indeed, with the use of this custom-made 80° box tilter, the operator keeps an ergonomic position when picking up parts and thus limits RSI. The gain is twofold: improved working conditions and increased performance.
