BS120 DVLP is an pneumohydraulic drum lift tilter trolley equipped with a manual side drum tilter capable of handling a wide variety of drums. This type of trolley, being equipped with non-electrical components is particularly suitable for use in potentially explosive environments regulated by Atex regulations. The single column at the centre of the trolley offers a good view from all angles and makes it extremely manoeuvrable, it also allows, in the stainless steel version, high quality finishes that can be easily cleaned even with aggressive products. The lifting and descent by compressed air (about 6 bar), allows significant emptying heights to be reached in a short time and without any effort on the part of the operator, the trolley is also equipped with a manual hydraulic pump with lever which allows the lifting of the reel if the compressed air is not present in the work environment. The pneumohydraulic motor is placed in a special compartment, which has IP55 protection degree against the penetration of dust and water splashes. The drum is gripped by the 400 mm high clamping jaws, completely covered with interchangeable rubber and locked with a sturdy clamping handwheel, continuous 360° lateral rotation is achieved by manually actuating the handwheel, which can engage a chain to make it easier for the operator to empty the drums at height. With the help of appropriate accessories we are also able to handle drums that are not cylindrical or objects with special shapes.
