APPLICATIONS The Automatic Poultry Loader APL packs chickens up to 2.0 kg in polyethylene bags. Products are fed in manually, the packaging process is fully automatic. The machine processes wickets of bags with a minimum material thickness of 35 μm. The bags are closed with aluminium clips, optionally plastic clips, on spool. The products are inserted one at a time by the operator. Apart from this the process is fully automatic: bagging, hocking, closure with original clips and labelling. When designing the APL, particular emphasis was placed on strict observance of hygiene requirements and on maximum machine uptime.
