Stations Engineered for Compatibility
The first step to designing a Modular Penetrant System is determining the proper approach to each task. Station type and quantity can be selected based on the part types and characteristic defects of your applications.
Individual station sizes are specified by piece part, size, weight, shape and other factors. Once you establish space availability and production line configuration, system arrangement can be selected. Depending on the applications, optional features or customized builds may be required.
Designing Your System
A Berg Engineering sales engineer will work with you to determine the correct Fluorescent Penetrant System for your facility. Once you approve your design, we will have the system fabricated, prove it out and train your personnel in its proper use.
