The Mitutoyo Quick Vision Hybrid CNC Vision Measuring System uses a camera and laser to measure surface contours at high speeds. Mitutoyo»s proprietary double-pinhole technique is used for the displacement sensor»s detection method. Compared to the knife-edge and triangulation techniques, this method has the advantage of a more optimal laser angle.

• Focusing point method creates excellent measurement reproducibility
• Laser has a wide focal depth of ±0.5 mm which makes it possible to perform measurements within a dynamic range
• Viewer function displays a preview in order to set filter parameters and calculation items for laser scanning measurement while visual inspection is in progress
• A variety of scanning tools including line, cross, circle and area are provided as standard
• A Programmable Ring Light (PRL) allows for fine control and direction for optimal measurement illumination to enhance the edge of inclined surfaces and very small steps
• Pattern focusing helps measure low-contrast surfaces with more accuracy
• Programmable turreted zoom changes the magnification multiplier from 1X to 6X
• Optional Tracking Auto Focus (TAF) maintains focus while measuring across warped part surfaces.
• The accuracy of this model conforms to ISO10360-7:2011 (specifications on request)
