Gear pump designed for sub-base mount Gear pumps up to 3 litres flow rate and a maximum pumping pressure of 35 bar. This pump is designed for a sub-base mount. ADVANTAGES — Economical through closed circuit — Environmentally friendly — Function monitoring LUBRICATION SYSTEM This lubrication system is preferably used, if an additional cooling and cleaning of the lubrication point is requested. In this lubrication system, after the supply to the lubrication point, oil is led back to the lubrication unit and reused. Due to this impurities are removed and very high temperatures are avoided. The closed oil circuit supports such an environmentally friendly and economical lubrication system. A screw spindle or gear pump dispenses the oil from the tank via a pressure filter to the distributors. The desired oil quantity can be fed to the lubrication points via flow regulators or throttles. Pressure switch, flow regulators with electrical monitoring, temperature sensors and circulation controls are used for monitoring. APPLICATION For lubricating and cooling supports and gearboxes.
