Check Point has been conceived and developed as a specific viewer for presses. Its distinguishing feature is the clearly defined menu parameters: contact force, impact force, maximum force limit, force reached, etc. It is indicated for carrying out checks on the following factors: For controlling the force applied by the press, for stopping the press when a pre-set force is reached, for starting the force multiplier of the hydropneumatic cylinders, for activating digital outputs at pre-set values. For controlling the hydraulic pressure of the cylinder, for stopping the press when a pre-set pressure is reached, for activating digital outputs at pre-set values. For checking the position of the cylinder rod, for stopping the press when a pre-set stroke is reached, for checking the final height of the piece, for activating digital outputs at pre-set values. Two versions are available: AN for analog transducer, EN for incremental encoder. Technical Specifications Direct connection with the transducer Alphanumeric display AN version available inputs: Load cell 2 mV/V (10 V power supply), 0-10 V, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA signal EN version available input: Incremental encoder with zero mark Power supply: 24 VDC Digital inputs: 24 VDC, positive logic, galvanically isolated Digital outputs: 24 VDC, positive logic, galvanically isolated Communication ports: USB type B device Dimensions: Width 175 mm, Height 115 mm, Depth 105 mm
