The TITAN WELD — METAL platform is EVLASER’s proposal for automated metal welding applications. Due to its technical characteristics, TITAN WELD represents a performing system for 2D and 3D machining, versatile and configurable with custom automations and robots, to allow maximum process productivity. The automatic welding cell can house robots and automations up to 5 axes, including 3 are linear X, Y, Z and 2 rotary axes R1, R2, to succeed even in the most complex jobs. TITAN WELD METAL accepts the most complex challenges in automatic welding and in the management of large production batches. 1. CONTROL Automation management up to 5 NC interpolated axes which makes the system ready to manage any type of welding path, even the most demanding. 2. SOURCES TITAN WELD METAL is available with Nd:YAG, CW and QCW fiber and direct DIODE sources. 3. MATRIX SUITE AND EASYPAD The complete and intuitive software guides the operator through the work in simple and efficient way. The EASYPAD touch operator panel on the machine allows you to control the system and the basic functions of the software without having to access the PC. MATRIX – SOFTWARE SUITE Matrix is an advanced Software Suite developed thanks to thirty years of experience in Laser Marking, Engraving, Welding and Micromachining systems and ready for the challenges of Industry 4.0. It represents the state of the art of work functions and has the best man-machine interface on the market. This makes the training times of the operators practically nil and makes even more intense use pleasant.
