The ICON X platform has been designed to combine small dimensions with a large and comfortable work area. The X axis easily allows the processing of multi-object pallets and makes it more productive than a fixed field model. Icon X is the right balance between versatility and price for most applications. The version for Laser Cleaning allows you to perform pre-and post-processing precision cleaning even on semi-finished products with pre-assembled components. The system is equipped with a large working area (700 x 400mm) and an automatic door open on 3 sides with a large inspection window. All customer materials can be processed with ICON X thanks to the integration of the ideal LASER source for each application. 1. PRODUCTIVITY Compared to a fixed field system, ICON X allows you to move along the X axis to be able to process batches in pallets or paneling on large pieces. 2. WORKING AREA AND MOTION The configuration with 2 motorized linear axes with strokes (X / Z) of up to 400mm, a rotary axis R and a worktable of 700 x 400 makes ICON X ready for the most demanding challenges. 3. MATRIX SUITE + EASYPAD The innovative machine management enabled by the brand new MATRIX software and the EASYPAD machine front operator panel makes the system easy and ergonomic. The customer’s marking needs are completely fulfilled by the interface, which is so simple and intuitive that it does not require training. EASYPAD, touch and multifunctional, allows the user to control the machine and the basic functions of the software without having to access the PC.
