Antex corporation manufactures slewing bearings, forged ring products applied to industrial machinery and equipment. Our product range ranges from small to extra large slewing rings. We are specialized in the machining process and the manufacturing of serial products, from very small slewing rings to medium size forged rings. 1. The prefix ATE of the part numbers is for external gear, and the number is outside diameter. 2. The items in this table are all production experienced by Antex, therefore the delivery time can be shorten by using the same tools for the internal design and gear specification. 3. The width of gear teeth and number of bolt holes might be changed to meet the application condition 4. Bearing internal clearance and the locations and dimensions of guide surfaces to reduce ring deformation will be discussed. 5. The drawing for price estimation and calculated data of bearing safety factor and life will be proposed based on the load and operation conditions. 6. The final part number will be individually made for each customer after fixed the specification.
