The company ETher NDE has made the WeldCheck product easy to use by making single and dual frequency models available, using large daylight readable colour displays, using industry standard connectors, and making it useable for right or left handed personel.
As an advanced flaw detector for weld inspection the WeldCheck+ delivers dual channel/frequency capability, Automatic Lift Off Gain Compensation (LOGC) and conductivity measurement, further enhancing the operator’s inspection capability in the field. LOGC automatically compensates for coating thickness variations in real time further improving the quality of the inspection results.
“Dual Channel” for weld inspection means the weld probe can simultaneously assess coating thickness and detect defects, increasing operator efficiency and output.
