Mechanical collet chuck optimized for 5- and multi-sided machining of round workpieces on multi-axis machining centers. ER collets are the most widely used clamping devices for the safe holding of round or cylindrical workpieces. The cavity opening diameter of this collet is 32 mm. For an easy fixturing of the collet chuck, mounting holes for chucking spigots of the mechanical zero-point system MZP are integrated in the bottom of the chuck.
