Description
The Edgetech DPM-99 exceeds the continuous dew point monitoring and alarm requirements of NFPA 99 for medical air service. This medical air dew point hygrometer was specifically designed to exceed the requirements set-forth by the NFPA and was a collaboration with AIRVAC Technical Services who are certified by P.I.P.E as medical gas inspectors in all 50 states. The Edgetech DPM-99 utilizes a chilled mirror sensor, the most accurate dew point sensing scheme. This primary measurement is directly traceable to NIST with a 39°F factory set alarm.
The Edgetech DPM-99 medical air dew point hygrometer also uses a modified automatic balance cycle (ABC) that allows for continuous monitoring of dew point and virtually maintenance-free operation. Dew point is monitored continuously for safety with the DPM-99.
As a complete dew point monitoring system, the Edgetech DPM-99 medical air dew point hygrometer consists of a sensor, audible and visual alarms, and flow controller contained within an easily mountable, rugged aluminum NEMA-12 enclosure. Only one sample line and power connections need to be made to become immediately compliant.
